DSE is an active society offering plenty of activities to its members. A list of planned activities are at the news page.
You can select the activity level you like by choosing one of two membership types (see membership page). The following types of activities are available:
- Meetings, most of them with talks covering current events in astronomy and space-flight
- Star parties, evenings with astronomical observations
- Excursions to observatories, companies, etc.
- Expeditions to other countries for astronomical observations and visits to places of particular interest
- Star Meeting, the annual star party with talks and observations
- Observations and other activities in the working groups
